My Story
I often got asked why I left an uprising technology industry, where I spend a decade to build my knowledge and connections, to become a life coach. My answer is, for me, being a life coach brings out my truest and most sincere self. And I am passionate about guiding others to discover that authenticity in themselves as well.
I am Alex Keng, a former sales and business development professional who spent a decade in uprising technology industry. Starting as a technical sales engineer designing server room to working with multinational company C-levels developing hyperscale data centers as a sales consultant, I had the privilege to be part of this booming industry in Malaysia.
To my family and friends, I appeared to have a wonderful, stable job that provided a comfortable lifestyle with a few luxuries. However, beneath the surface, I often felt lost and frequently questioned my path and purpose. Despite my accomplishments, I had a constant yearning for something more—something genuine and deeply personal.
It wasn't until I ventured into life coaching that I understood a good life isn't just about external success and glamour. This insight prompted me to look inward and embark on a journey of self-discovery. I dedicated considerable time to reflecting on my emotions and well-being, eventually reaching a point where I felt at peace defining success on my own terms.
As your coach, I bring a sales inquisitiveness and the compassion of someone who has navigated the journey of self-discovery.
